Purpose First
What is the purpose of frying before cooking?
Whenever you find a recipe, instructions are to fry, brown meat first and then cook over low heat or baked. But I recently found a recipe that says to cook the chicken first and then the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, something that never I've tried before. Which is why both? What is the best? I guess you are looking for a recipe for something like pork adobo. With this, the meat is cooked in liquid until tender first and then fried to crisp and add a new dimension of flavor. Filipino Adobo a lot in your diet. Basically a rich stew of chicken or pork marinated, succulent flavor of vinegar and soy sauce. I hope that helps.
